All items sold on degifenix.shop (degifenix.shop) are intangible digital goods, including Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) workbooks, automated Google Sheets templates, financial forecasting models, and inventory management systems. All purchases are delivered electronically via immediate email dispatch upon successful checkout.

Where returns are accepted, items must be in their original digital condition as received. We may reduce your refund if the file or formula code has been altered, extracted, or damaged.

Whether return or cancellation requests are accepted depends on the terms above and your rights under applicable law.

Contact us before attempting to dispute a transaction with your bank. Because our templates are instant digital downloads, there are zero physical return shipping costs.

Damages, Corrupted Files and Issues

Please inspect your download files when you receive them and contact us immediately if a workbook is defective, corrupted, contains broken calculation macros, or if you received an incorrect template link.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Because digital products are immediately accessible and non-returnable once electronic access is provided, all sales are considered final once the template link is accessed. However, we provide a 14-day technical defect warranty: if a template exhibits formula corruption, script errors, or broken compatibility that our engineering team cannot fix within 48 business hours, we will issue a full 100% refund.

Exchanges

Contact us to ask about exchange options for alternative spreadsheet templates if you purchased the incorrect model for your workflow.

Refund Processing

We will notify you after inspecting your technical issue and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
